We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests.
As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account, simply remove the app from your device.
The only way to completely “opt out” of the collection of any information through cookies or other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser. Please refer to your browser’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on your mobile device, you may not be able to control tracking technologies through browser settings but you can uninstall the app if you no longer wish to participate in the Assure Technologies Services.
The Service is NOT intended to be used by children under age 13. If you are a minor less than 13 years old, please do not register for Assure Technologies Services or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a minor, we will delete that information. If you are a parent of a minor, you may provide us with personal information about the minor, or permit us to collect information directly from the minor (if he or she is at least 13 years old), to use as part of Assure Technologies Services and we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
